Honey Collins Interiors is seeking a Business Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for outlining all elements of the design process to interior design clients. This includes planning, processing, monitoring projects at every step as well as developing prospective business for the company in addition to leads and referrals.

— Coordinating and attending initial walk-through meeting with designer and potential client.

— Negotiating and processing design agreement and initial retainer for projects.

— Evaluating project information, conferring, and corresponding with clients in conjunction with the designer to determine project parameters and requirements.

— Collaborating with the internal team in development and communications of design through high-quality client presentations. This may include preparing materials and drawings, creating digital design boards and assembly of design boards.

— Participating directly with designer and client for each project from programming through project completion.

—Managing project communication with design team, vendors, and clients.

— Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Architecture or Interior Design.

— Minimum 3-5 years of high-end residential interior design experience.

— Must have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable interfacing with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal staff.

— Excellent planning, time management and organization skills; ability to multi-task.

— Strong self-confidence and leadership skills.

— Proficiency in MS Office.

— Ability to read drawings and communicate visual information.

— Strong time management with the ability to set and meet deadlines.
